It gets better.

Gentle and Honest Mental Health Care

I work with individuals, couples, and children, creating a warm, compassionate space where your full story is seen, heard, and honored. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health and the transition to parenthood, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting clients through this profound and often tender life shift.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ clients, and I bring experience and care to those navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a safe place to land, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I also offer supportive, collaborative supervision for emerging clinicians—holding space for growth, reflection, and the development of authentic clinical confidence.
